• Manage book buyback process at end of each term
• Provide customer service support for students and faculty
• Implement reference copy program for library/academic success
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards for course materials
• Generate monthly performance reports on adoption rates and delivery metrics
• Facilitate audit reviews as requested by Lander University
