Buyer seeks to establish a Recovery Station in Bakersfield, CA to serve adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The facility will operate 24/7 and provide a safe environment for intoxicated individuals, offering brief interventions, referrals to treatment, and peer support services. The goal is to reduce emergency room visits, improve health outcomes, and engage clients in appropriate behavioral health services.

• Operate 24/7 Recovery Station for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
• Provide intake screening and brief interventions using motivational interviewing techniques
• Offer comfort services including sleeping areas, showers, and clean clothing
• Coordinate referrals and linkage to ongoing treatment services
• Conduct follow-up calls at 7, 14, 30, 60, and 90 days post-discharge
• Provide transportation for clients to home or next point of service
• Train staff in crisis de-escalation techniques and peer support
• Collaborate with law enforcement and community partners for education and outreach
• Maintain facility security and appropriate staffing levels
• Submit monthly data reports on client flow, referrals, and outcomes
