• Be qualified and eligible to receive an award

• Provide 20-minute professional fireworks display choreographed to patriotic music
• Provide appropriate music entertainment (live bands and/or DJ services)
• Provide age-appropriate entertainment for children
• Provide food and beverage sales, including alcoholic beverages
• Manage parking and collect fees
• Provide porta-potties, hand wash stations, barricades, and dumpsters
• Clean up debris from the park within 24 hours after the event
