• Minimum five years recent experience developing and delivering communication resources
• Minimum five years recent experience working within California educational context
• Familiarity with key California education policy and accountability systems

• Increase awareness of CCEE offerings to California TK-12 education field
• Elevate CCEE's value as a partner supporting LEAs to achieve LCAP goals
• Build relationships with TK-12 LEAs and educational partners
• Develop digital content including website, social media, and multimedia resources
• Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and workshops
• Create reports, case studies, and impact statements
• Implement outreach and engagement campaigns
• Provide data analysis and communication analytics
• Design interactive tools and infographics
• Develop content aligned with CCEE's Theory of Action and initiatives
