Technology Services Work Order Contract

The buyer seeks to enter into an agreement with one firm as a prime contractor to manage a team for Work-Order-based contracts. These contracts will provide technical support for the agency's broad range of technologies and applications. The Work Orders will typically cover information technology consultant services, including strategic planning, data warehouse development, and platform support. The contract will have a three-year base period with two one-year option periods.

• 12/11/2024 - Inquiry Period ends
• 12/16/2024 - RTD sends responses to inquiries
• 1/10/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 1/27/2025 - Oral presentations (if necessary)
• 2/28/2025 - RTD anticipates making final selection

• Provide project/task management services
• Perform technical consulting
• Conduct IT business analysis
• Carry out quality assurance analysis
• Develop application software and perform programmer analysis
• Administer databases
• Design system architecture
• Perform network and system administration
• Conduct security analysis
• Manage records and provide ITS analysis
