Pace, The Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority

The buyer is seeking architectural and engineering services for the Pace Pulse 95th Street Line Construction Project. The scope includes transit facility improvements and renovations. • Provide architectural and engineering services for transit facility improvements
• Perform pre-design, design, bidding, construction, and post-construction phase services
• Develop drawings, specifications, and other work products
• Review and coordinate work of subcontractors and independent contractors
• Conduct construction administration site visits and provide observation reports
• Ensure compliance with local codes and permit procedures
• Implement quality assurance/quality control processes
• Address errors or omissions in design documents at no cost to Pace
• Review and evaluate claims by Pace's general construction contractor
• Coordinate with DBE subcontractors to meet established goals
