The buyer is seeking professional environmental consulting services to assist with their Brownfield Site Assessment program. Services include conducting environmental site assessments, preparing baseline assessments, developing compliance plans, and evaluating environmental risks. The buyer aims to enable safe redevelopment of potentially contaminated sites throughout Michigan. Up to four contracts will be awarded for an initial amount up to $200,000 each.

• Demonstrated experience in successful planning and execution of similar projects
• Compliance with applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations

• Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
• Perform Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
• Complete Asbestos/Paint/Hazardous Materials Surveys
• Prepare Baseline Environmental Assessments
• Develop Plans for compliance with Due Care
• Create Quality Assurance Project Plans
• Evaluate risks to human health and environment
• Assist with Brownfield Site Assessment program compliance
• Provide environmental consulting services
• Treat end users/applicants as clients in addition to EGLE
