FACET System Document Scanning and Retrieval

The buyer seeks a contractor to provide FACET system document scanning and retrieval services for the 3d Marine Aircraft Wing Aviation Supply Department. This includes installing and maintaining FACET systems, providing off-site scanning services, on-site training, and technical support. The contractor will assist with digital archiving of financial records and transferring them to approved DoD repositories. The work supports financial audit compliance and readiness initiatives.

• 1/9/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Extensive knowledge of scanning hardware, Kofax Capture 10 software, and Microsoft Access
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness process improvement
• Working knowledge of DoD, Navy/Marine Supply and financial procedures

• Install and maintain FACET and FACET-CLIPBoard systems at multiple MALS locations
• Provide off-site scanning services for financial documents
• Provide on-site training for system setup and usage
• Assist with digital archiving of financial records
• Transfer records to approved DoD digital repository
• Destroy scanned physical documents
• Provide hardware and software maintenance, updates, and technical support
• Provide help desk support for system users
• Generate monthly status reports on scanning and system activities
• Maintain user guides and quick reference materials
