Construction Manager/General Contractor Services for Roslyn Asphalt Plant Renovation

The buyer is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor to renovate the existing Roslyn Asphalt Plant. The project goals include improving the plant, decreasing emissions, improving traffic routing, and increasing asphalt production. The renovation will address existing traffic routing, failing equipment, and material storage. The project will be phased to procure long lead equipment early with the bulk of construction during the winter of 2025-2026. The buyer aims to have the renovated plant operational by April 1, 2026.

• Provide preconstruction services including design review, cost estimating, and value engineering
• Develop and refine comprehensive construction schedule
• Prepare and submit Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal
• Manage subcontractor bidding and procurement process
• Renovate existing asphalt plant including new equipment and revised layout
• Improve traffic routing and material storage while maintaining existing operations
• Increase plant throughput from 300 tons/hr to 400 tons/hr
• Increase reclaimed asphalt pavement percentage to 50%
• Install new command control center and motor control centers
• Coordinate commissioning and startup of new plant equipment
