• Designated engineer must be admitted as professional engineer in New Jersey for ten years

• Conduct annual audit of financial records
• Provide bond counsel services
• Develop connection fee and present at public hearings
• Review billing and collection policies
• Represent Authority in legal proceedings
• Develop public outreach program for CSO Long Term Control Plan
• Provide on-call engineering services
• Manage IT infrastructure and systems
• Perform property title searches and interpret surveys
• Provide printing services for administrative needs
