The buyer is seeking proposals for pre-construction and lease-leaseback construction services for HVAC Modernization Projects at multiple schools. The project includes work at Eader, Peterson, and Smith Elementary Schools and Dwyer Middle School. Proposers must be prequalified by the District and attend a mandatory pre-submittal conference. The successful proposer must possess required licenses and registrations.

• 12/12/2024 - Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference
• 12/18/2024 - Prequalification Documents Submission Deadline
• 12/23/2024 - Questions Submission Deadline
• 1/7/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Prequalified by the District in accordance with Public Contract Code section 20111.6
• Possess valid and active California State License Board Class B license
• Registered with Department of Industrial Relations (DIR)
• Qualified to perform public works in accordance with Labor Code section 1725.5

• Provide pre-construction services for HVAC modernization projects
• Perform lease-leaseback construction services for multiple school sites
• Modernize HVAC systems at Eader, Peterson, and Smith Elementary Schools
• Upgrade HVAC systems at Dwyer Middle School
• Attend mandatory pre-submittal conference and site walks
• Prequalify subcontractors as stipulated in LLB documents
• Submit qualifications and proposal with required attachments
• Possess valid and active California State License Board Class B license
• Register with Department of Industrial Relations (DIR)
• Execute tendered contract if selected
