The buyer seeks to implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to optimize asset and maintenance management of its water and wastewater facilities. The system will manage asset and maintenance information for water and wastewater treatment, water transmission, and wastewater collection systems. The buyer requires software licenses and implementation services from an experienced vendor, preferably with expertise in water and wastewater agencies in Colorado. The CMMS should enhance asset and maintenance efforts with industry standards and best practices.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in CMMS business
• Product in use at minimum 10 water and wastewater treatment facilities

• Implement CMMS software for asset and maintenance management
• Provide project management services
• Configure and deploy recommended CMMS product
• Assist with data conversion from existing systems
• Develop system documentation
• Conduct acceptance testing
• Provide user training
• Offer ongoing product support and maintenance
• Integrate CMMS with existing systems like GIS and customer service software
• Develop workflow diagrams for CMMS functions
