Tehachapi Unified School District

The buyer is seeking proposals for internet services at 10GB or higher. The service should connect all schools to the buyer's office and then to the internet. The provider must include necessary equipment, maintain connections to multiple Tier 1 providers, and provide 24/7 service. The contract will be for three years with two optional one-year extensions, starting July 1, 2025.

• Hold a license qualifying to perform work in California
• Hold or acquire a valid SPIN and be in good standing with FCC/USAC
• Successfully performed one project of similar character and scope

• Provide 10GB or higher internet service to all schools
• Include necessary electronic equipment for internet access and circuit monitoring
• Provide service to Tehachapi Technology Department
• Maintain connections to multiple Tier 1 internet providers
• Deliver requested hand-off to Owner's existing point-of-demarcation
• Provide Single Mode Fiber connection at demarcation point
• Allow all TCP/IP protocols and specified layer protocols
• Provide 5 Static IPs
• Submit proposal through project website
• Include growth clause for potential bandwidth upgrades
