The buyer seeks a contractor to provide Information Technology Service and Support for the Marine Corps Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA). The scope includes support for the Manpower Information Portal (MIP) system and the MIT Branch. The contractor will work jointly with Military and Federal civilian employees to support current and emerging M&RA information technology requirements. Key areas of support include project management, application development, database administration, cybersecurity, helpdesk support, and data analysis.
