Professional Golf Course Management Services and Restaurant Operation

The buyer is seeking proposals for professional management services for their municipal golf course and restaurant. The selected company will be responsible for operating and maintaining the 18-hole course, managing the on-site restaurant, and implementing strategies to improve revenue and customer service. • Competent record of employment or contract service in operating similar golf facilities

• Manage and operate 18-hole municipal golf course
• Operate and manage on-site restaurant
• Maintain golf course, buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Collect fees and manage tee time reservations
• Provide pro shop operations and merchandise sales
• Schedule and coordinate tournaments and outings
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the golf course
• Manage personnel and payroll functions
• Maintain financial records and provide reports
• Develop 5-year capital improvement plan annually
