• Deliver KloudGin Premium Support with 24x7 availability
• Provide up to 1,390 hours of KloudGin professional services
• Implement asset tracking and preventive maintenance schedules
• Manage work plans, reactive maintenance, and standard reports
• Oversee work order management and task assignment
• Facilitate crew and shift management with manual and auto scheduling
