• Install stormwater retention systems and construct retaining walls
• Build specialized outdoor amenities like basketball, pickle ball, and bocce ball courts
• Construct a greenhouse, labyrinth/maze, and calming area
• Manage pre-construction services starting May 2025
• Oversee construction process from May 2026 to May 2027
• Deliver a safe, finished, and fully functioning school facility within budget
