The buyer is seeking experienced technical assistance experts to provide business development services for the Early Childhood Education Facilities Program. The services will support the renovation, expansion, and construction of early childcare centers. The buyer aims to increase capacity, expand or preserve existing facilities, and enhance the quality of early childhood education in Orleans Parish. The program is part of a partnership between the buyer and Agenda for Children, funded by a new property tax millage.

• Assist applicants in completing Part B application submissions
• Develop business plans and strategies for early childhood education businesses
• Provide financial management and planning assistance

• Help with business operation development and improvement
• Support project feasibility analysis for ECE Program applicants
• Evaluate applicant submittals for the ECE Program
• Offer expertise in accounting, financing, and legal aspects for early childhood businesses
• Support real estate development aspects of early childhood education facilities
