The buyer seeks to establish multiple contracts for Workday Application Management Services (AMS) for FINS, HCM, and other modules. The buyer requires Workday Certified Resources to provide various services including case management, demonstrations, testing, deployment support, and knowledge transfer. The supplier must have a proven track record of providing best-in-class service to Workday clients using both FINS and HCM modules. The contracts will cover services for John Glenn Columbus International Airport, Rickenbacker International Airport, and Bolton Field Airport.

• Three years' experience providing Workday AMS maintenance and support
• Worked on at least two comparable projects of similar size and scope within past three years
• Certified Workday consultants must have three years of experience

• Provide Workday Certified Resources for FINS, HCM, and other modules
• Offer case management, tenant management, and break/fix support
• Demonstrate new functionality and integrations
• Conduct debugging and build high-level testing scenarios
• Support deployment of configurations into production tenant
• Provide knowledge transfer and bi-annual release support
• Manage ticketing system for support requests
• Prioritize and allocate resources to meet SLAs
• Build prototypes of changes in sandbox tenant
• Migrate approved changes to production tenant
