The pre-qualified list will be valid for 3 years with two 1-year extension options. Respondents must have at least 5 years of grant writing experience.

• In good standing with California Secretary of State
• Not debarred by City or any government entity
• No outstanding debt to State of California or City of Los Angeles
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in grant writing and related activities

• Prepare funding application packages for various government solicitations
• Collaborate with City departments to develop project scope, goals, metrics, and budget
• Conduct data collection and analysis to support grant applications
• Coordinate with City departments to secure letters of support
• Draft grant proposals for construction and infrastructure projects
• Write grant applications for community services and public safety programs
• Develop grant proposals for economic development and workforce initiatives
• Prepare grant applications for homelessness services and housing opportunities
• Write grant proposals for IT, telecommunications, and cybersecurity projects
• Draft grant applications for arts, culture, parks, and library programs
