Buyer seeks a contractor to provide on-call technical assistance for the Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO). The contractor will support staff and the Review Board with BERDO implementation. Services include advising on building decarbonization, engineering, energy systems, renewable energy, and emissions accounting. The contract aims to help Boston meet its carbon neutrality goal by 2050.

• At least three qualified staff with 5+ years experience in building decarbonization and engineering
• At least three qualified staff with 5+ years experience working with Boston area building owners
• Provide at least two relevant case studies or examples of past work for each task

• Provide on-call technical assistance to BERDO Review Board
• Offer building decarbonization and engineering expertise
• Consult on energy systems and renewable energy generation
• Assist with emissions accounting and custom emissions factors
• Support BERDO implementation and policy decisions
