Butler County Department of Job and Family Services
Buyer seeks a provider for a Family Preservation Program to help families alleviate crises and prevent out-of-home placement of children. The program must provide 24/7 service availability and offer different service levels customized to each family's needs. Services include mental health, substance abuse intervention, case management, crisis intervention, and parent education. The contract period is from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2030.

- Must be a Medicaid certified service provider
- Must comply with all federal and state laws applicable to BCDJFS/CS
- Must be able to implement the Program by April 1, 2025
- Provide 24/7 service availability
- Offer different service levels customized to each family's needs
- Provide mental health services including therapy and psychiatric care
- Provide case management and crisis intervention services
- Assist families with connecting to community resources and supports
- Communicate regularly with BCDJFS caseworkers
- Develop and maintain a program manual
- Implement the program by April 1, 2025
- Secure and maintain adequately trained staff
- Provide appropriate supervision and administrative functions
