The buyer is seeking an experienced and creative marketing and advertising agency to provide services for the annual South Dakota State Fair and some non-fair time events. Services include digital marketing, display ads, web design, graphic design, public relations, and audio/visual production. The contract is for calendar years 2025-2029. The agency will be responsible for creating advertising campaigns, managing media buying, maintaining websites, and providing on-site support during events.
