The consultant will assist with FEMA Public Assistance funding for hurricane-related repairs, restoration, hazard mitigation, and COVID-19 pandemic response. The scope includes supporting project worksheet development, ensuring compliance, submitting version requests, and facilitating grant applications. • Support Project Worksheet development including assessing damages and dimensions on-site
• Provide technical assistance for engineering and design work compliance
• Aid in submitting Version Requests to incorporate changes in scope of work and costs
• Review requests for proposals, contracts, and change orders to ensure FEMA eligibility
• Provide policy and compliance support for federal grants
