Buyer seeks startups developing digital health solutions to support advancing health equity in Massachusetts. The challenge is divided into four tracks: addressing social determinants of health, AI for health equity, maternal and infant health, and a Medicaid pilot track. Selected companies will participate in workshops, scope validation projects, and compete for funding to complete projects with Digital Health Sandboxes or conduct a pilot with a Medicaid ACO.

• 1/24/2025 - Finalists selected
• 2/7/2025 - Kickoff meeting
• 5/31/2025 - Final Pitch Event

• Propose a new solution not yet widely commercially available
• Have at least a minimum viable product ready for validation
• Be willing to participate in live pitch event in Massachusetts
• Agree to participate in annual follow-up surveys for five years

• Develop digital health solutions addressing health equity goals
• Participate in Mass Digital Health Connects workshops
• Scope validation projects with Digital Health Sandboxes
• Prepare detailed project plans for award funding use
• Pitch product and proposed Sandbox project at in-person competition
• Conduct pilot with Community Care Cooperative members (for MPT track)
• Complete Sandbox validation project (for Sandbox track winners)
• Participate in annual follow-up surveys for at least five years
