Dallas Independent School District

The buyer is seeking vendors to provide trophies, plaques, awards, promotional items and related services for district-wide use on an as-needed basis. The buyer requires a wide range of customizable items including teacher appreciation incentives, school spirit merchandise, yearbooks, graduation items, and various awards. Vendors must be able to offer services such as engraving, graphic design, embroidery and screen printing. The contract will be for an initial 3-year term with two 1-year renewal options.

• 12/6/2024 - Questions Response from District
• 12/19/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 1/15/2025 - Anticipated Evaluation & Selection
• 2/27/2025 - Anticipated Approval/Award

• Provide teacher appreciation incentives like customized cups and shirts
• Supply promotional items such as pencils, pens, wristbands, and lanyards
• Produce customized trophies, medals, ribbons, and plaques
• Offer engraving, customized artwork, and graphic design services
• Deliver embroidery and screen printing services
• Supply yearbooks and graduation items
• Provide customized school spirit items and student planners
• Offer customized decals and tickets
