The buyer is seeking a qualified supplier to provide pre-made training courses and/or a SaaS or Cloud Training Management System. The system will be used by various departments including Athletics, Cyber, Ethics and Compliance, HR, IT, and Student Affairs. The contract will be available for use by all USG institutions. The buyer intends to award an initial one-year contract with options for renewal.

• Provide pre-made training courses on compliance-related topics
• Implement a SaaS or Cloud Training Management System
• Integrate with existing ERP and LMS systems
• Customize vendor-provided training content
• Implement role-based access controls
• Provide reporting tools to monitor progress and track completion
• Ensure accessibility compliance (Section 508, W3C, WCAG)
• Support multi-media data in training courses
• Enable batch import of user accounts
• Implement data security measures and provide cybersecurity insurance
