Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide program management services for capital improvement projects at Palm Beach International Airport. The selected firm will serve as an extension of buyer's staff, providing project support and controls. Services will focus primarily on the Concourse B Expansion but may include other airport facility projects. The contract will be for two years with three optional one-year renewals.
- 11/14/2024 - Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference
- 12/18/2024 - Proposal Due Date
- Must be CCNA certified by Palm Beach County in Airport Design and Operation
- Senior project manager must have 10 years experience in airport construction
- Senior project manager must be a licensed architect or engineer in Florida
- Provide program management for various capital improvement projects
- Assist with project support services and project controls
- Integrate into PBCDOA-led team as an extension of staff
- Manage Concourse B Expansion and other airport facility projects
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control
