Planning & Redevelopment Feasibility Study: Mt. Airy Water Tower Site

• Experience with planning and design and community outreach of similar scale, scope and complexity within last five years

• Conduct community engagement and outreach to gather stakeholder feedback
• Develop plan and design concepts for the property, including market demand data
• Provide cost estimates for redevelopment and construction of new uses
• Develop phasing plan and implementation strategy
• Evaluate opportunities to improve traffic and pedestrian safety around the site
• Incorporate existing neighborhood plans into the master planning process
• Coordinate with GCWW and design-build team throughout the project
• Prepare report with at least two commercially viable development options
• Present options to DCED and GCWW
• Consider historic preservation requirements for the water towers
