- Develop plan implementation strategies
- Prepare project deliverables including conceptual plans
- Create five-year implementation plan with prioritized actions
- Analyze parking supply and demand
- Develop streetscape and greenspace plans
- Propose retail recruitment strategy
- Design wayfinding and signage plan
