• Past experience as technology provider for on-demand transit service
• Experience with fixed route, point-to-point, or door-to-door transit services
• Experience developing ride-demand algorithms
• Experience hosting administrative portals for service monitoring
• Experience with app-based platforms for on-demand transit
• Ability to customize transit apps with brand guidelines

• Provide mobile app for users to hail rides
• Provide driver-side app for managing ride requests
• Host administrative backend for monitoring and managing service
• Develop ride-demand algorithm to manage requests and assign rides
• Process in-app payments
• Customize app to incorporate DASH branding
• Create and manage walksheds
• Pair riders to create shared rides
