Model Calibration by Optimization: Development and Application

The buyer seeks expert assistance in developing and applying optimization strategies for calibrating hydraulic models. The work involves calibrating models, developing tools and transfer systems, reviewing guidelines, and providing recommendations. The project aims to continue and test developed strategies to reduce calibration effort. The buyer requires significant experience in applying these strategies to actual hydraulic model calibration.

- Assist with or develop optimization tools
- Review and provide opinions on MSDGC's Model Guidelines regarding optimization
- Develop overview document of recommended optimization strategies
- Provide detailed optimization steps with figures and guidance
- Perform additional work related to calibrated model development
