The buyer seeks a team of technical assistance providers to assist eligible applicants for HCD's funding programs and provide capacity building to internal HCD staff. The services include helping design projects, apply for funding, implement funded projects, develop long-term capacity, provide trainings, create tools and templates, and coordinate activities. The goal is to improve access to funding opportunities and advance equitable distribution of funds across California.

• Minimum 3 years experience performing training in affordable housing
• Minimum 3 years experience performing technical assistance in affordable housing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software applications
• Ability to remotely support project teams via virtual platforms

• Assist TA Recipients in designing projects/programs for funding applications
• Help TA Recipients apply for HCD funding
• Assist TA Recipients in carrying out funded projects/programs
• Help develop policies, procedures, and systems for long-term efficiency
• Provide group trainings and peer-to-peer learning opportunities
• Create tools and templates for multiple entities to use
• Provide capacity building to internal HCD staff
• Coordinate and oversee technical assistance activities
