- Represent the Zoning Board on legal matters
- Prepare reports on applications
- Provide legal advice on zoning board activities
- Assist with fair and open process compliance
- Ensure compliance with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC. 17:27
- Review and interpret zoning laws and regulations
- Advise on legal implications of zoning decisions
- Draft legal documents related to zoning matters
