Buyer seeks comprehensive On-call Executive Program Management and Advisory Services for Ontario International Airport. The selected team will provide consulting and leadership services to ensure the overall success of ONT's Capital Improvement Program. Services include advising on capital program implementation, evaluating project delivery methods, and potentially overseeing a Program Management/Construction Management Team. The contract term is estimated for an initial three years with two one-year renewal options.

• Minimum of 10-years experience in Executive Program Management at Commercial Airports
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and outreach
• Knowledge of local and federal regulatory framework
• Successful track record of developing innovative solutions at airports

• Provide strategic and management advisory services for capital improvement programs
• Assist with planning, design management, and preconstruction services facilitation
• Develop and implement operational controls for managing capital projects
• Define program and project teams, organizational structure, and project delivery execution plans
• Provide leadership and technical support in managing OIAA staff and other consultants
• Develop internal processes and procedures for Capital Development
• Coordinate with other consultants and stakeholders
• Assist in outreach to the general public related to project dissemination
• Provide financial planning and organizational staffing support
• Develop and manage project performance metrics
