The buyer seeks contractor support for Identity Assurance in Authentication, Authorization, and Access policy and capabilities. The contractor will provide expertise in analytics, monitoring, and reporting for identity assurance systems and processes. They will also assist with project management to develop action plans, strategies, and roadmaps related to identity verification and authentication. The work will support the implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act requirements for digital services to domestic and international taxpayers.

• Support strategic planning for IRS A3 North Star initiatives
• Assist with IRA implementation and key deliverables
• Support SADI-related activities and integration
• Provide project management for complex A3 projects
• Develop executive briefings and stakeholder communications
