The buyer seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide as-needed ServiceNow support for their implementation. The vendor will assist in development, enhancement, and support of the buyer's ServiceNow Platform. The contract will run for one year with possible extensions. The vendor will work collaboratively with the buyer's IT team and end users to fulfill requirements and improve overall productivity and performance of the ServiceNow platform.

• Minimum 4-year experience in ServiceNow development, configurations and implementation

• Perform ServiceNow configurations and implementations
• Upgrade integration of ServiceNow and SharePoint
• Support review process and deployments
• Analyze catalog changes, enhancements, and new requests
• Support updates to service portals and employee center
• Provide user training and documentation
• Address requests assigned to ServiceNow assignment group
• Create comprehensive requirements documentation
• Deliver regular status reports and project updates
