The buyer seeks Construction Management Software and Cloud services for its Engineering and Facility Management Services. The project involves implementation, training, and software as a service. The buyer requires minimal disturbance to medical center operations during upgrades. The service must be FedRamp and FITARRA approved, with all administrative rights given to the buyer. The contract is proposed as a base plus three structure.

• Provide access and training for Construction Management Software and Cloud
• Perform turnkey implementation of Construction Project Management Software
• Provide training to VA Butler engineering staff on software package
• Assist in digitizing and transferring current forms to new Project Management format
• Provide one weeklong training session and six two-hour troubleshooting sessions annually
• Ensure software is FedRamp and FITARRA approved
• Provide all lifecycle upgrades as part of yearly contract SAAS cost
• Maintain exclusive VA control and ownership of all information and data
• Complete VA Privacy Training for Personnel without Access to VA Computer Systems
• Abide by VA rules for information security, privacy, and IT departments
