Mason Hall - 1st Floor Business Lab

The buyer is seeking qualifications from Architecture/Engineering teams to design a prominent active learning Business Lab on the ground level of Mason Hall. The project includes a new seating area for an existing café, a 50+ seat active learning classroom, and a computer lab for 20+ Bloomberg Terminals. The approximately 5,400 SF project area requires reconfiguration of building systems and removal of an obsolete staircase. The project will be completed in phases to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
