• Develop and implement culturally competent family reunification services
• Conduct family assessment surveys
• Provide group sessions for children and parents/caregivers
• Offer individual coaching sessions for parents/caregivers
• Link families to existing public and private services
• Conduct program evaluation
• Develop and implement a dissemination plan
• Supervise employees, volunteers, and consultants
• Meet regularly with County Contract Monitor
• Comply with background clearance and privacy requirements
