• Provide at least three references for comparable services provided within past five years

• Provide daily janitorial services including trash removal, cleaning, and restocking supplies
• Perform weekly tasks like vacuuming carpets, cleaning glass, and buffing floors
• Complete semi-annual tasks such as refinishing floors
• Supply all necessary cleaning equipment, materials and supplies
• Maintain proper staffing levels including daytime and evening janitorial personnel
