• At least two years experience in the housing management software industry
• Experience working with Higher Education
• Ability to assess data points and generate reports easily
• Provide robust interfaces with Ellucian Banner

• Provide user interface for residence hall staff to access student information and rosters
• Manage housing applications, contracts, assignments, correspondence, and dining plans
• Simplify check-in and check-out process
• Coordinate fee assessments including damage billing and semester billing
• Maintain list of current residential occupancy and capacity
• Manage correspondence to applicants, residents, and parents via email and SMS
• Provide seamless interfaces with Winthrop University ERP
• Provide robust reporting capability
• Implement solution commencing January 20, 2025
• Deliver completed, deployable program by March 3, 2025
