Buyer is seeking a technical assistance provider for Native American entrepreneurs in northeast Oklahoma. The provider will offer legal, accounting, and financial advisory services to businesses with 1-500 employees. Services will be delivered in-person across 14 specified Oklahoma counties. Buyer requires expertise in various aspects of business support and compliance with federal regulations.

• Must be a legal, accounting, or financial advisory firm
• Must not be suspended or debarred from federal assistance programs
• Legal service providers must be members of Oklahoma Bar Association
• Must have robust data protection and privacy measures

• Provide legal services related to business formation and contracts
• Offer accounting services including financial statement preparation
• Deliver financial advisory services on banking and financing
• Assist approximately 35 businesses over 12 months
• Provide 1,500 hours of technical assistance
• Submit monthly status reports on services provided
