The contractor will work with CSPS Project Staff and other state personnel to provide independent oversight services. Key responsibilities include assessing project tools and activities, developing reports, conducting reviews, and performing analysis. • Experience providing IV&V services for one large IT project valued over $100M
• Senior Project Manager with 5 years IV&V experience and valid PMP certification
• Senior Technical Lead with 5 years IV&V experience and 8 years aligning IT systems with business processes

• Provide IV&V services for the California State Payroll System project
• Assess tools, artifacts, and activities related to design, development, and project management
• Develop IV&V monthly activity reports
• Conduct risk and issue list reviews
• Perform requirements traceability matrix analysis
• Conduct system test assessment and verification
• Work with CSPS Project Staff and other state personnel
• Provide independent oversight services in addition to CDT oversight
