• Provide printing services for Pure Michigan Travel Guides

• Assemble information packets for consumer requests

• Process daily files of consumer requests
• CASS certify mailing addresses
• Prepare postal paperwork for mailings
• Handle spring/summer and fall/winter versions of travel guides
• Manage Family Fun Guide distribution
