The buyer seeks multiple contractors to provide early intervention services to families of children with sensory disabilities. Services include family and client evaluations, recommendations for assistance, and development of assessment and treatment plans. Parent Advisors are needed throughout the state to adequately service clients. The buyer's Early Intervention Program will select from the list of qualified parent advisors for each geographic area.

• Provide special instruction in child and family's natural environment
• Conduct curriculum-based assessments and establish outcomes
• Provide families with information and skills to enhance child development
• Document services rendered for each child and family
• Attend required regional and statewide meetings
• Provide own transportation to perform family training duties
• Adhere to Individualized Family Service Plan
• Complete required testing including TB test, drug test, and background checks
