Buyer is seeking qualified vendors to provide staff augmentation services for Tyler Munis ERP system support. The contract will operate under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) model. Services include optimizing existing implementations, supporting new module implementations, report writing and customization, and providing training and knowledge transfer. The contract term is for three years with two optional one-year renewal terms.
