  • Provide Live Scan fingerprinting imaging services for judicial branch employees and contractors
  • Generate monthly reports of fingerprinted individuals
  • Maintain list of Live Scan operators and locations
  • Operate centralized Customer Service Center for scheduling appointments
  • Maintain secure website with location listings and online scheduling
  • Install, operate and maintain Live Scan workstations
  • Provide fingerprinting services at locations throughout and outside California
  • Notify Judicial Council of non-operable workstations and ensure repair within 48 hours
  • Offer toll-free telephone or online scheduling service
  • Arrange kick-off meeting to discuss project scope, resources, and responsibilities
