• One year or more experience providing mental health software platforms
• Experience providing licensed psychiatric services to New Jersey residents
• At least three board-certified psychiatrists on staff
• Proven history working with ten or more New Jersey public school districts
• Proprietary software program previously implemented in other New Jersey contracts

• Develop mobile application with wellness content for teens and families
• Create interactive tools for mood tracking and journaling
• Implement care navigator program with local resource directory
• Design digital screening program for mental health and substance use issues
• Provide comprehensive user training materials for school districts
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance (COPPA, FERPA, HIPAA)
• Deliver ongoing technical support and maintenance
• Generate data reports and analytics on usage and impact
• Facilitate early detection and intervention for mental health issues
• Foster supportive community and reduce stigma around mental health
