Buyer is seeking proposals for a Community Enhancement Grant program to support public services for low and moderate income persons. • Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
• Must request between $20,000 and $50,000 in funding
• Must have attended at least one pre-proposal information session
• Must have no unresolved HUD or federal agency findings

• Provide public services for low and moderate income persons
• Assist households with exiting homelessness
• Provide job training services
• Offer youth tutoring and gang prevention programs
• Provide substance abuse prevention and treatment services
• Offer counseling services
• Provide childcare services
• Offer services for older adults
• Document that at least 51% of persons served are low/moderate income
• Collect and report required HUD data
